How long does delivery take?

Below you’ll find the average delivery timeline for our shipments:
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) are typically processed the same business day:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat)
  • Shipping time: 3–8 business days (Mon–Sat)

At  Bright-Essence, we aim to reduce unnecessary shipments where possible. Instead of sending many small parcels separately, we may consolidate orders and ship them together when feasible. This helps minimize packaging waste and transportation impact — thank you for your understanding.

What is your return policy?

Would you like to return an order? Maybe the product didn’t meet your expectations or you have another reason. No matter the reason, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our support team will review the issue and assist accordingly.

Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Can I cancel my order?

In certain situations, such as payment verification or inventory issues, an order may need additional review before processing.
Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped can no longer be canceled.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you received the wrong item, a missing item, or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the items, and relevant details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Is my online order secure?

Yes. If you place an online order using a credit card, your payment is processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted checkout and is transmitted safely to our payment provider for authorization. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Where is my package?

Once your package has been handed over to our shipping partner, you’ll receive a tracking notification. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

It can take 1–2 business days for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created. Thank you for your patience.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order for the correct product.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@bright-essence.com We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.
