  • Payment is required at the time of placing your order.
  • Orders are processed after successful payment authorization.

Prices are displayed based on your delivery location.

4. Taxes & Charges

For orders delivered within the United States, the amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged at the time of purchase.

No additional shipping charges apply where free shipping is stated.

5. Secure Payment Processing

  • Bright-Essence uses secure encryption and established payment providers to process transactions.
  • We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • If you experience an issue with your order, we recommend contacting our customer service team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
