Would you like to return an order? Perhaps the product didn’t meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind. Regardless of the reason, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs from your location to our return address are the customer’s responsibility.

Return the items together with the completed return form to the address provided on the form. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipment. -

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
Return conditions and guidelines
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Hygiene-related items cannot be returned. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 7 days using the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Products are shipped directly from our suppliers and must be returned to the designated supplier address.
