How to Return an Item

Order Cancellations

  • After this period, the order may already be processed or prepared for shipment

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, the refund process will begin:

  • Payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Currency: Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency
