Processing and Delivery Times
- Order cut-off time: 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
- Shipping partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar logistics providers depending on the destination and shipment type
- Transit time: 3–8 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: Approximately 4–11 business days after dispatch

Order Fulfillment

Where possible, multiple items may be combined into one shipment to help reduce unnecessary packaging waste and improve delivery efficiency.

The total amount shown at checkout is the amount charged at the time of purchase.
No additional shipping charges apply where free shipping is stated.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please note that tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after shipment confirmation, depending on the carrier.
You may also track your order using your order number and email address through our “Track Your Order” page.
Delivery Issues, Loss or Damage
If your order is delayed, lost, arrives incomplete, or is damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Our support team reviews delivery issues individually and may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution where appropriate.
