We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within our delivery area. No minimum order value applies.

Processing and Delivery Times
- Order cut-off time: 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
- Delivery partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or comparable carriers
- Transit time: 3–8 business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Estimated total delivery time: 4–11 business days from dispatch

Order Fulfillment Approach
To help manage inventory efficiently and reduce unnecessary packaging waste, some items may require additional preparation time before shipment. This does not result in additional shipping charges.
If unexpected delays occur, we may contact you using the information provided with your order.
Duties, Taxes and Charges
For orders delivered within the United States, the total amount shown at checkout is the amount charged at the time of purchase.
No additional shipping charges apply where free shipping is stated.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created.
You may also be able to track your order through our “Track Your Order” page using your order number and email address.
Delivery Issues, Loss or Damage
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after review.
For damaged deliveries, we may request clear photos to assist with the assessment process.
